My favorite coupon today is $1/3 Birds Eye or Birds Eye Steamfresh Vegetables. These often go on sale for $1 or less and with this coupon you could get some vegetables very cheap.
I personally prefer frozen veggies over most canned vegetables. I think they taste more like fresh vegetables.
