TASTY TUESDAY - MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS

I think everyone can use a new recipe for fixing chicken. This one is great.

1 to 2 Tbsp. Vinegar (Cider, Balsamic, or Red Wine)
2 to 3 Tsp. Dried Herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary)
1 to 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain or Dijon Mustard
1 to 2 Tsp. Garlic or Onion Powder
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
4 6oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Place all ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Close the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients. Open the bag, drop in the chicken breasts. Close and shake the bag to coat evenly. Marinate overnight.

Heat a grill or grill pan. When hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until cook thoroughly.

Note:
You can also bake the chicken in a 375° oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

WAYS I SAVED MONEY THIS WEEKEND

I try to always review my bills especially ones where the amount changes from month to month. When I opened our cell phone bill Friday, I knew something was wrong. After reviewing it and calling customer service, I was over charged $65.13.

I also sent DH to Wal-Mart on Saturday to pick up a couple of things. I was looking over his receipt when he returned home, I got charged double for an item. I called and went by the customer service desk yesterday and received a refund for $9.71.

This is proof that it pays to always review your bills and your receipts. I saved $74.84 this weekend in doing so.
