Finally Friday

It's finally Friday I'm free again, I got my motor running for a wild weekend. It's finally Friday, I'm outta control forget the workin blues and let the good times roll. Have you heard that song before? I use to love to hear on the radio every Friday cause I knew it was 5 and time to go home. You can read the rest of the lyrics here.

Yeaaaa a 3 day weekend. I plan on spending my weekend visiting with some friends and having a couple of cookouts, other than that, I am staying home and playing outside with Payton and getting some things around the house done.

At my cookouts, I plan on trying a couple of new recipes. I will let you know how they turn out.

CHICKEN SALAD

4 Large Cups Cooked Chicken Breasts, Diced
1 Small Can Pineapple Tid-Bits, Drained and Reserved
2 Cups Seedless Grapes, Halved
1 Cup Celery, Chopped
2/3 Cup Cashew Nuts, Chopped
1 Cup Mayonnaise (To Taste)
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice

Mix and Serve on a Bed of Lettuce.
