Finally Friday
TGIF - Finally Friday Again and its the 1st Friday of the month so its BINGO night. :) I hope I win. Its been a while since I've won anything. I have really missed not being able to say BINGOOOO!! Maybe tonight will be my lucky night.
I also need to purchase Payton's party supplies. I am going to start at the Dollar Store first. I hope to find some great deals.
Do you have anything fun planned?
Have a great weekend and I'll see you Monday.
Is It Just Me or Do All Moms Do This??
Please comment and let me know if this something you do also....
My daughter will be 2 - October 13. She is my only child. I have always been a "worrier" but never this bad that I can recall. I am about to drive myself crazy over this. I am currently worrying to the extent of being sick on my stomach over her birthday party that I have planned. I have a list of several people to invite. Most of my friends have children but they are older and only 1 who has one close to her age. My worry..........Will any children her age show up??
I know that all I can do is send invitations and wait until the party to see who shows up but I have 15 days until her party. Will I survive?
Let me know if I am the only one.

I've Been Tagged! Seven Random Things About Me...
Dr. Mom at Frugal Dr. Mom tagged me to write 7 random things about myself. The rules are to share 7 things, tag 7 others by visiting their blogs and leaving a comment so they'll know they've been tagged.
1) I have a deep love for magazines. I am currently receiving around 12 all for free except 2. I always have a stack to read because I read them from cover to cover.
2) I started The Grocery Game last year and it was the beginning of me being thrifty and frugal. I am addicted at getting a great deal.
3) I was married 10 years before having my daughter.
4) We built our home 9 years ago. It was a complete nightmare and I don't recommend it to anyone. I will never do it again and I thought I was gonna have a nervous breakdown.
5) I do most of my blogging at work -- Don't tell anyone!! HaHa!
6) I have 1 brother who is 11 years older than me. I wasn't planned!
7) I am a person who has numerous lists every day for every thing from a grocery list to a list of errands I need to do.
I've tagged the following 7 blogs:
Shannon @ A Day in the Life of a Soccer Mom
Tami @ Desires of thine Heart
Phoebe @ Cents to Get Debt Free
Precious @ Frugal Makes Cents
Meredith @ Like Merchant Ships
Sona @ Sona Says
Debbie @ Suburb Santity

Southern Apple Crumble
This recipe came from Betty Crocker!! A quick, easy, great recipe for my apples that I was given over the weekend.
Filling:
3 large apples, peeled, coarsely chopped (about 3 cups)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cold butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
Topping:
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1.Heat oven to 300°F. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, toss filling ingredients. Spread mixture in baking dish.
2. In same large bowl, stir cookie mix and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
3. Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with pecans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
I fixed this last nght but couldn't take a picture because my camera batteries were dead. Click here to view a picture.
