What a wild week I had last week.  Nothing went as planned including my menu plan.  You will see several items repeated from last week.  Hopefully, this week will be better.


Monday - Soup, Toasted Cheese Sandwiches

Tuesday - Taco Tuesday, Spanish Rice (Weekly Tradition)

Wednesday - Lasagna, Garlic Bread

Thursday - Tilapia, Salad, Sauteed Cabbage

Friday -  Steaks, Baked Potatoes, Salad, Bread

Saturday - Open - Not sure what my weekends plans are!

Sunday -  I try to leave Sunday open. DH likes to cook!
