I have had a cell phone for approximately 15 years. U.S. Cellular has been my one and only cellular provider. I have always been pleased with their service, their variety of phones available, and their customer service. I have never had a problem with my service even living in the country. I have always been able to find a phone that meet my needs. Their customer service has always been
helpful and taken care of any problems that I have had.
I review every bill that I receive each month. I double check everything to make sure that I am being billed correctly. No one is perfect and people do make mistakes.
I do recall several years ago I kept getting billed incorrectly. Each month as I was paying my bill, I would call customer service, state the mistake on my bill and immediately it was taken care of. After several months of calling, the customer service representative saw all of the notes on my account where I had called previously and the correction on my plan had been not changed so she transferred me to her supervisor and I was issued an additional credit on my bill for having to call repeatedly. The following month my bill was correct. I thought that was a great way to satisfy a long time customer.
U.S. Cellular is encouraging people to say goodbye to dysfunctional wireless
relationships and say hello to a better experience. Goodbye neglect, hello
respect.
It's no secret that people are frustrated with their wireless experience, but people tolerate less because they don't believe there is a better option. A study conducted by U. S. Cellular indicates that 43% of individuals are in the "seven year itch" phase with their wireless provider, noting they are comfortable but suspect they are missing out on something better. Out of 1208 participants, 56% admitted to being unhappy with their carrier but only 35% of all respondents have ever switched to a new carrier. More than 1/3 of respondents say they stick with their current provider because they believe all carriers are the same, too much trouble to switch, or they don't want to sign a new contract. If you are unhappy with your current provider, check out U.S. Cellular's plans. You deserve better!
In addition to passionate associates, U. S. Cellular provides customers with unique benefits such as the industry's only points-based rewards program, no contract after the first contract ends, free incoming calls and texts, free Overage Protection and free Battery Swap for your device.
