Oh, I hope I don't spend the weekend sick!!!
I am trying to fight off a cold...chest congestion, body aches and chills. Hopefully, I will feel better tomorrow and this bug won't ruin my weekend. It is suppose to be warm and sunny all weekend. I love summer.

CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

Ingredients:

1 (18.5oz) Package of Devil's Food Cake Mix
3 (3.5 oz) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 Cups Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Confectioners' sugar
Chocolate Syrup
1 Cup Chopped Pecans, Lightly Toasted



Directions
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 13 x 9 pan. Let it cool thoroughly, then cut the cake into cubes about he size of walnuts.



Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package directions.



In a medium bowl, whip the cream with sugar until stiff. To assemble: In a trifle bowl, layer half the chocolate cake cubes, pudding, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and nuts. Repeat for 2 layer ending with whipped cream and nuts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
