Ways I Saved/Earned Money This Week

- I read all of my Inbox Dollars emails for my account and my husband's daily to add money to our accounts.

- I read all of my MyPoints emails daily for my account and my husband's to add points to receive FREE gift cards.

- Cleaned out my coupon binder and filed new coupons for future shopping trips.

- Compared gas prices online before filling up so I could get the lowest price.

- Used FREE dishwasher detergent samples this week when using the dishwasher.

- Continued to use my FREE samples this week - Excedrin, lip balm, lotion, and toothpaste.

- Continuing to try to drink more water. Not only is this good for me but it will also be a great way to save money.

- Updated my Christmas list with items purchased this week so I will know what I still need to purchase.

- Completed a survey this week, earned $3.

- Purchased a $20 Chili's gift card for $10 - Christmas gift.

- Going to Disney on Ice tonight in Charlotte.  Free tickets for doing a sponsored post.  Payton is so excited.

- Went to Walmart shopping - 9 items for $1.84.  Here is what I purchased.

- Made a trip to Save-a-Lot for a stockpile shopping trip. - Post and pictures to come.

- Watched a movie that I had recorded on my DVR from FREE HBO weekend from Directv = FREE entertainment.

- Won a FREE pizza from Papa John's so dinner Monday night was FREE.

- Did a sponsored post for 50 FREE Christmas cards from Tinyprints.

Disney on Ice - Time to Dream Review

Last night was girls night out!  We went to Disney on Ice - Time to Dream at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte.  It was opening night.  I got to spend the evening with a good friend of mine, Cinderella and Snow White.  Payton dressed up was Snow White and her friend Grace dressed up as Cinderella.  They were very excited to go.  It was Grace's frist trip to Disney on Ice and she can't wait to go again. 

There is nothing better than seeing the excitement in a childs eye when they see the Disney characters they love.  They loved spending the evening with princesses.  Each one has their favorite and they got to see them all.   The show was fantastic.

Christmas will be here before you know it, 79 days until Christmas.  Now is a great time to start planning and organizing for the Holiday season.  One thing I was always try to do early is order my Christmas cards.  I always include a picture of my kids on my Christmas card.  Tinyprints has a great selection of cards to choose from. 

I love to receive Christmas cards with family pictures or kids pictures.  It is a great way of sharing a photo with friends and family that you don't get to see often.  I save the photo cards and place them in a photo album.  I label each page with the year.  I love to browse through my albums and look at how my family or friends have grown and changed from year to year.
