FINALLY FRIDAY

Today is a cloudy, rainy, cold Friday. I would love to go home and snuggle under a blanket on the sofa and watch a great movie. I could even turn the gas logs on and have a glass of wine. Hopefully, my plan will work out.

I am already planning my trip to Walgreens Sunday. Lots of goodies available for FREE next week. I hope I can get there before they all get gone.

FINALLY FRIDAY

What a week I have had!!!


Work has been crazy! Our business has definitely picked up and with our layoffs and a girl on vacation, I done 3 peoples jobs for the past 3 days. Thank goodness she will be back Monday and I'm so glad today is FRIDAY!!


It is suppose to be a pretty weekend with lots of sunshine. We have had rain all week and that always makes me feel blue. I am so ready for spring.

Monkey Bread

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon (I always add more)
4 cans Non Flaky Biscuits
1-1/2 sticks margarine
3/4 cup sugar


Directions:
Mix sugar and cinnamon. Quarter biscuits and coat each piece in mixture. Layer biscuits into a Bundt pan. Melt margarine and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Pour over biscuits. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
