Ramen Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 lb. Uncooked Peeled Deveined Medium Shrimp, Thawed
2 Cups Water
1 Package Oriental-Flavor Ramen Soup Mix
1 Bag Stir-Fry Vegetables
1/4 Cup Stir Fry Sauce



Directions:


Spray 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook shrimp in skillet 3 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Cook until pink and firm. When done, remove from skillet and keep warm.
Heat water to boiling in same skillet. Break up noodles from soup mix into water; stir until slightly softened. Stir in vegetables. Heat to boiling and boil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Stir in seasong packet from soup and stir-fry sauce.

Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. Then add shrimp.



Makes 4 servings.
