whoo-hoo! We have a blueberry farm in N. FL, so I'm SO excited about your giveaway! We start picking in April, and the tote would really come in handy!
My tip: throw whole flax seed (about a Tbsp.) into your smoothie (blueberry, of course!)every day for some easy omega 3's. Make sure they get nicely ground up, though, or else you don't get the benefit!
THanks for the giveaway!!

I'm trying! I have been for years. But, it seems there is always progress to be made. I'm really trying to get all of the high fructose corn syrup out now.
I've found that dancing is the key to losing weight :) I recently started taking Zumba classes and are pure fun ... it doesn't feel like a workout!
of course! just had a baby 4 months ago and i'm trying to get rid of this last 6 lbs plus a little extra would be nice.
This is really great with just a very small handful of Kashi Go Lean Crunch added. It's like a crunchy dessert that keeps you feeling full for a long time.
I'm trying to keep healthy snacks like vegetables, fruit and nuts around so that me (my breastfed baby and 2 year old toddler) eat healthy. Carb heavy snacks are usually what we eat, but not having it stocked helps us not to eat it.
Thanks for this giveaway! I'm trying to eat more healthy foods. So I'm pureeing things and sneaking them into our meals.

I'm trying to limit my sweets intake. Which of course is hard with a box of chocolates in my possession from Valentines Day!
We have expanded our garden so we have access to more fresh fruits and veggies this summer and hope to do more canning for winter supply.

I am wanting to try to eat more salads and vegi's. Fun giveaway! Thank!
In my constant quest to eat healthier, I'm trying to add more calcium to my diet. Yogurt is one of the few forms of calcium I don't mind.
I am desperately trying to get my eating habits worked out once and for all. It is so easy to slip back into the unhealthy convienence foods habit.

I am currently pregnant, so finding healthy snacks is a challenge for me. I'm trying to keep things like yogurt, string cheese, almonds, dried fruit on hand so I don't resort to unhealthier options when I am craving!
Thanks. Kim Carlile

I am in the process of trying to lose weight on a budget. It is harding then I had imagined.
my idea is to not go back for seconds at dinner...it has really been helping with my weight loss after having my son(of course nursing helps a lot too, as does chasing his 3 yr old sister:) reading serving sizes really helps too:) thanks!

I am eating a salad before I leav home so I am not tempted to eat out!
We love the vanilla here, so smooth.
I limited my intake of carbonated beverages.. both diet and regular. Now I drink water, tea and coffee only. I find that the carbonation makes it harder to lose weight.

Our whole family is trying to eat better especially by cooking from scratch. And this yogurt would be great for my 2 autism spectrum children. This type of yogurt would greatly increase their digestive health.

Thanks so much for the opportunity! After having a baby and having gallbladder surgery last year, I'm discovering that I need to take care of my health much better. I am starting to feed my daughter solid foods and researching organic eating and proper nutrition has helped motivate me so much to becoming better at eating a balanced diet. Thanks so much for this opportunity! I love your blog!

This sounds really good. I've been trying hard to eat healthier and buying organic when I can. I can't wait until it warms up and we can go outside and get some exercise.

Yogurt is a staple in our household! Health improvement and weight loss are ongoing goals for me...what I'm focusing on this year is making one change at a time. Once that change is mastered, I add another new change and so on until old bad habits are being broken and new good habits are being formed!

This year, I have been really trying to have a meal plan each week. It makes it easier if I can plan ahead of time with just what we have in the house. Then, we don't have to make any impulse buys and it's usually healthier.

Wow! We are always trying to eat healthier...the key for us is to keep the healthy snacks at eye level on shelves, and really just to keep the unhealthy things out of the house. windyrburnam@hotmail.com

I am working out and watching what goes into my body and have found out that I really have very little control when it comes to chocolate. :) My biggest tip is to work out first thing in the morning and get rid of all the sweets in your house.
we read the labels on everything.
