Tasty Tuesday - Rosemary Oven Potatoes
















This is one of favorite things to make when grilling out.  They are so simple and so good.


Ingredients:

4 Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Rosemary - 3 twigs or 2 Tbsp.
Salt and Pepper


Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 450°.

2) Cut each potatoes into 8 wedges and place in a bowl.

3) If using fresh rosemary, coarsely chop rosemary and add to potatoes.

4) Add 2 Tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Stir together until potatoes are coated with olive oil.

5) Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes turning once until potatoes are tender.

I add dill to mine. I do this all the time with new potatoes cut into quarters.
