I found this recipe in Woman's Day magazine. It is very simple and quick to make. A nice little treat when you need something sweet.
Ingredients:
1 box - Mini Fillo Shells
15 Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
1 Can (7oz.) Whipped Light Cream
Heat oven to 350°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place fillo shells on sheet sheet. Put a peanut butter cup in each shell. Bake 5 minutes until chocolate softens.
With small metal spatula or knife, flaten and even out chocolate in fillo cup. let stand at room temperature until cooled.
Top each filled cup with whipped cream. You can also sprinkle with salted peanuts, if desired.
