Pizza Soup and Garlic Herb Bread

Pizza Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound of lean ground beef
4 10.6 oz. cans of condensed tomato soup, undiluted
6 1/2 cups of water
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
Italian seasoning
2 cups of shredded cheese (or cheese sauce)


Directions:
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add the soup, water, spaghetti sauce, and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese and serve.

Recipe can be cut in half for a small.



I found the following recipe in a Southern Living Magazine.

Garlic Herb Bread

Ingredients:
2 Garlic cloves, Minced
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Chives
1/2 tsp. Dried Crushed Red Pepper
1 (16 oz.) French Bread Loaf

Directions:
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
Cut bread in half lengthwise. Brush Cut sides with garlic mixture; placed on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each bread half into 8 slices.
