KIDS YOPLAIT YOGURT GIFT PACK GIVEAWAY

Did you know research has shown that fewer than half of all kids ages two to 12 get the calcium they need each day? Calcium and Vitamin D are both essential nutrients for building strong bones. Though it can be challenging for growing kids to get Vitamin D, since it is found naturally in very few foods, Yoplait for Kids makes it a little easier to incorporate a delicious source of Vitamin D and Calcium in your child's diet.
I buy the Yoplait Kids Yogurt often. Payton loves it and I am happy for her to eat it, knowing she is getting Calcium and Vitamin D when she eats it.
I have 3 Yoplait Gift Packs to give away. Each gift pack includes everything pictured above. You will receive a coupon for a FREE 6 pack of Yoplait Kids Yogurt. This coupon offer for a free six pack of Yoplait for Kids yogurt is not valid in some states, including Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota and Tennessee.
To enter this giveaway, please leave me a comment telling me a way you try to keep your family healthy and active. Make sure you include your email address.
This giveaway will close Sunday, April 19 at 9pm. The winners will be notified on Monday. The winners will be chosen random. You will have 48 hours to respond or a new winner will be chosen.
Good luck!!

My family tries to stay active by going on walks together.

We go to the park, play kick ball, go to Pump It Up and jump and slide on the inflatables--yes, Mom plays too--and we eat fruits and veggies on a daily basis and avoid soft drinks (except for Dad who is addicted to colas.)

Our family enjoys walks on the beach, playing at our local park from baseball to kickball to rolling in the grass. Swimming is a big activity in our family! The family learns about healthy eating habits and helps with cleaning veggies and growing them. Less sugar = more fun!

I love to go hiking or skiing with my kids as much as possible. Or we go outside and play soccer or volleyball. I have found that if I cut up apples, pears, etc. at dinner time, my kids will eat it, so I try to do that at each time. If I just leave them whole in the fruit bowl, they won't eat them.

Our favorite activity to stay healthy is swimming. And we also have milk with every meal to help get our calcium. Thanks for the chance. ktimmer_99@yahoo.com

We have 4.5 acres so my family is pretty active doing yard work, gardening, walking to the mailbox (LOL) and we do soccer/t-ball at the local rec center.

Promoting dairy products as a way of getting vitamin D is not too smart. Read the China Study-get in the sun or take supplements of vitamin D. The Canadian Cancer society now recommend everyone takes vitamin D to prevent cancer. take a look at www.vitaminD3world.com for some good summaries of the data

Don't enter me because I already won a contest - but we have yogurt every day here for breakfast. I'm big on yogurt for women/girls. Not only is it healthy for you, but natural yogurt gives you the right kind of bacteria that helps keep you in balance.

In the evening after everyone is home we hop on our bikes and ride around the neighborhood. We often stop to play at the many parks in our area. My one son loves to race so we will also have races running to places or going down the slides. They get a kick when mommy goes down the slides. By the time we get home we have worked up a nice appetite and we sit together and eat a healthy dinner. Melissa lalalandco@yahoo.com
