Corn Salad

Corn Salad Recipe

2 Cans Shoepeg Corn, Drained
½ Cup Green Pepper, Chopped
½ Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Large Jar Pimento, Drained
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup White Vinegar

Mix Together and Enjoy!!

You can also add: ½ Cup Celery, Chopped

This is one of my favorite dishes to take on a picnic or to a family gathering. You don't have to worry about it staying warm and it always a hit.
