Tasty Tuesday - Grandma Scott's Egg Custard Pie






This is my husband's favorite pie.  He always looked forward to his grandma making this just for him.  She would always make 2.  One for her to serve and one just for him to take home.


Ingredients:

2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 level Tbsp. Flour
1 Uncooked Pie Shell



Directions:

1) Mix first 5 ingredients together.

2) Pour into pie shell.

3) Preheat oven at 350.

4) Bake for 1 hour, until knife is clean when inserted.

I've never heard of egg custard pie before! But, Grandma's recipes are usually the best!
