Tasty Tuesday - S'mores Cookie Pie

My daughter is 11 and she finally starting to want to learn how to cook.  Last week she made this great S'mores Cookie Pie.  It was from a kit that we purchased from a fundraiser at school but you can definitely make it with the kit.  It was really good.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Small Marshmallows
Chocolate Syrup


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Spread cookie evenly to the edges of ungreased pie plate.

3. Place cookie dough in oven and and bake 12 - 15 minutes or until cookie is golden brown. 

4. Remove from oven and preheat broiler to high.

5. Spread marshmallows evenly over top of baked cookie.

6. Carefully place trya back into oven and broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 

7. Carefully remove from oven and let it cool for 2 minutes.

8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the warm pie.  Cut immediately and serve.
