STROMBOLI - QUICK AND EASY

I share this with you before but I made it again Saturday for Payton and I and I thought I would share it again. My camera batteries were dead or I would taken a picture.


Ingredients:
1 - Pizza Dough
1 pkg. - Ham
1 pkg. - Pastrami
1 pkg. - Pepperoni
1 bag- Mozzerella Cheese


Directions:
Place pizza dough on a cookie sheet. Just layer all ingredients onto dough. Roll up and cut slits across top of roll. Bake at 375 for 15-20 until dough turns golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.

What a beautiful Friday it is!! I am so glad to see sunshine and Carolina blue skies. Tomorrow's forecast is sunny and the high is 75. Watch out park, here we come.

Unfortunately, my husband will not be home to join us. He is flying to Indianapolis in the morning for his aunt's funeral. She died yesterday morning.

Fruit Pizza - Previously Posted

This is a recipe I shared with you last year - 7/29/08. I made it over the weekend and it was great so here it is again.

Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:
2 Rolls Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
12 oz. Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained and Reserve Juice
1 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Frozen Shredded Coconut
Strawberries, Blueberries, Kiwi or any Seasonal Fruit

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour pizza pan. Press out cookie dough. Bake 15-20 minutes - until golden brown. Let cool completely.Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch. Boil until thick. Set aside, let cool. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with coconut and crushed pineapple. Pour on orange sauce. Arrange fruit on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
