THRIFTY TIP - INEXPENSIVE FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS
Use flowers from your garden. This arrangement didn't cost me anything.
something i learned recently - my kroger has a "clearance" section in the floral dept. Now, everytime I do my grocery shopping I pick up a bouquet (or 2) of flowers for $1-$2. They have all lasted at least a week, and some a few days longer than that! (sadly, i don't have my own garden, bc I can't keep anything alive! LOL)
